Here we have an early die stamped, tombak based, silver washed SA Sports Badge! The obverse depicts a vertical broad sword, in front of a swastika, which is surrounded by a laurel leaf wreath. The reverse has the correct pin, hinge and catch assembly, which are all in well working condition! The pin is steel and magnetic. The reverse is maker marked ?W. Redo? Etc. The whole badge retains beautiful detail and the majority of its silver wash. Nice!
