It is constructed out of a peal buckram that is covered in a glued-on green wool with rolled and twisted flatwire and wine red braided rayon thread above a cardboard base. The reverse shows the buckram base, to the center, that is surrounded by the folded over green wool covering. It shows loose stitching. It measures 1 1/2 inches wide by 3 1/4 inches tall. Rare.
