Postal Visor Cap Cockade and Wreath
Early - Reichspost Mützen Eichenlaubkranz und Korkade. It is a multi-piece multi-material construction. The round shaped obverse features a red cotton centerpiece, surrounded by a silver washed tombak based swirl piece on top of a black painted pressed cardboard zig-zagged backing which is pinned to and surrounded by a silvered stamped tombak oak leaf and acorn wreath. The hollow back reverse holds all of its prongs. It measures 1 5/16 inches wide and tall.
