DRKB Veterans Visor Cockade and Wreath
2. Form Deutscher Reichskriegerbund (DRKB) Mützen Eichenlaubkranz und Korkade. Introduced in 1936. It is constructed out of a two-piece die stamped tombak base that has been bronze washed and contains red, white and black enamel work. The obverse cockade depicts: in black the Kyffhäuser monument on a white field and is above an NSDAP flag (all within an oval) which is surrounded by an acorn and oak leaf wreath that is open to the top and tied together at the bottom. The hollow back reverse features retains both prongs. It measures 2 1/2 inches wide by 1 11/16 inches tall.
