2nd Pattern - Police Visor Cap Badge by OGL
2nd Pattern - Polizei/Feuerwehr Mützen Adler by OGL. Introduced June 25, 1936. It is constructed out of an injection molded aluminum-alloy base that has been silver washed. The obverse depicts a 2nd pattern police eagle, with outstretched wings clutching a mobile swastika within its talons and is surrounded by a laurel leaf and berry wreath that is tied together at the bottom. The hollow back reverse features both crimped-on round wire tombak prongs. It measures 2 3/16 inches wide by 1 3/4 inches tall.
