DAF Membership Stickpin
Deutsche Arbeitsfront Mitgliedsnadel by RZM M 5 272. This piece would have been worn by the DAF German Labour Front member while in civilian clothing. It is constructed out of a die stamped steel base that has been silver washed. The round shaped obverse features a cut-out DAF emblem, which consists of; a crosshatched mobile swastika surrounded by a cog wheel. The hollow back reverse is maker marked “M 5 272” and has a crimped-on a knurled stickpin. The face measures ¾ of an inch in diameter.
