Canada - 1st Canadian Mounted Rifles Holster
Canadian c.WWI Holster for either a Colt M1878 or .455 Webley. Three-piece tanned brown leather that has been stitched together and has a leather rivet/button. The obverse is marked: “1 CMR A 388” (1st Battalion, Canadian Mounted Rifles – A troop and 388 rack number). Rub marks to reverse. It measures 15 inches long by 7 inches wide. Great condition.
