Zeltlager der Fränk H.J. 1936 Abzeichen. Part of the HJ’s courage test was participating in a one and a half day trip, the member would likely sleep in a tent encampment with their Jungbann. It is constructed out of a die struck aluminum alloy base that has been silver washed and burnished. The round shaped obverse features an angled row of an encampment of six tents, from large to small, with an HJ emblem to the bottom right corner, below “1936” and reads, to the left side: “Zeltlager der Fränk H.J. 1936”. The fullback reverse features a horizontally crimped-on steel well working pin assembly. It measures 1 3/8 inches in diameter.
