Deutsches Rotes Kreuz Mitgliedsnade by Ernst L. Müller of Pforzheim. It is constructed out of a die struck nickel-silver base that has been silver washed and contains black and red enamel work. The obverse features the 1938 Red Cross (DRK) emblem which features a black closed winged eagle with a swastika to its chest clutching a red cross in its talons. The fullback reverse has a soldered-on round plate stickpin. It is also maker marked “ELM” and marked “Ges. Gesch.” The enamel work is 99% intact. A minor bend to the stickpin. The face measures approximately ½ of an inch wide by 9/16 of an inch tall. A great example.
