Buttonhole - NSDAP Membership Pin by RZM M1/42
Buttonhole Variation - Nationalsozialistische Parteiabzeichen by RZM M1/120 - Wilhelm Deumer of Lüdenscheid. These were available for private purchase / given (HJ/BDM) to individuals after they had joined the NSDAP. It is constructed out of a die struck zinc base that has been silver washed and contains red, white and black enamel paint work. The round shaped obverse depicts a black mobile swastika on a white backing, encircled by: “NATIONAL-SOZIALISTISCHE - D.A.P.” on a red pebbled backing. The slightly concave reverse is maker marked “RZM M1/120” and has a soldered-on tombak buttonhole device. It measures 15/16 of an inch in diameter. A desirable maker.
