Tagged - NSDAP Armband
Tagged - NSDAP Kampfbinde. The official pattern armband was worn on the upper left sleeve of most all NSDAP uniforms as the identifying organizational insignia. It is constructed out of a red cotton base that has a separately stitched white cotton roundel and separately applied black cotton swastika. The rectangular shaped obverse features a centrally placed two piece stitched-on black mobile swastika above a white roundel that is stitched to a red base. The top and bottom edges have been folded over and stitched together. The back has been stitched to size. The interior features a glued-on rectangular paper RZM issue tag. It shows soil. It measures 7 3/16 inches wide by 4 7/16 inches tall.
