Large NSDAP Banner/Flag
Large 2 sided National/Partei Banner 1933-45. This is constructed out of a red dyed cotton base with 2 separately stitched-on white dyed and black printed cotton roundels. The rectangular shaped obverse features a black mobile swastika surrounded by a white roundel on a red base. The reverse is identical. The fly end has been folded over and stitched together. The hoist edge has been folded over and stitched together with room to allow a pole to run through it. There is wear, soil, small tears and a period repair. It measures approx. 89 inches long by 49 inches tall.
