Spanish M1941 Knife Bayonet by Toledo

Here we have a Machete Bayoneta Modelo 1941! This Knife Bayonet was designed for use on the 8 mm. Mauser M1943 Short Rifle. The 9 ¾ inch single fuller curved blade on this one looks great! It is serialized not matching the scabbard. It rates Exc+. It is clean with some stain. The blued steel based scabbard looks great! It has a nice and dark finish and remains in good shape there is a "pin prick" type hit to the mid obverse. and some wee bumps. The original throat retaining screw is intact. The hilt is steel based. It shows minor oxidization spotting as well yet looks great. Both checkered bakelite grip plate remain tightly secured. The pommel button continues to work well. A great looking Spanish bayonet!
