Austrian M16 Civil Defense Helmet

Interesting helmet. I can not find a maker mark or a heat#. Appears to be approx. size 64 shell. It is a repaint likely post-war as I can see some overspray on the liner. The interior of the helmet has a pre-May 1917 pattern leather liner band complete with the original pads but no stuffing. Approx. size 64. The unmarked chin-strap looks to be WWII vintage. The vents appear to be ground down. Great helmet for restoration.
