M34 DD Fire Police Helmet

Here we have a standard stamped sheet steel M34 style Fire Police Helmet. It continues to retain about 80%+ of its original black paint with minor oxidization spotting throughout the worse being to the top. The left side of the helmet has a Police decal that is 98% complete matching the Swastika decal. The helmet has std "salt and pepper" ventilation holes positioned on each side of the crown. Three of the four flat headed liner retaining rivets are intact. The interior of the helmet has a M31 civic style tan leather liner. It has ventilation perforations to the front forehead section. All two of the natural cork spacers between the liner and the helmet shell are still intact. The liner has two of the 5 original leather tabs for attaching the protective leather neck guard intact. Most of the fingers are lost as is the top pad usually seen on these. Chinstrap is partly intact with one side missing. The previous owner just put a pin in it and I will leave it as such. The interior rim is also stamped to the reverse: "T in a triangle". A fine piece
