Here's a stunning example of a Tiger Army Dagger! The blade on this one is nice! The "Tiger Solingen" maker mark is perfectly stampeded! The crossgrain is easily visible throughout. The blade is flawless except for being slightly retipped. It retains a solid fit. Were it not for the retip the blade would be stone mint. The leather washer continues to remain intact. The dent free scabbard is steel based and nickel plated. It provides wonderful detail with the pebbling throughout and oak leaf and acorn bands! The original throat retaining screws remain intact. The alloy based, nickel plated generic crossguard also provides beautiful details throughout the eagle's head, wings, wreath and chest! The pommel and ferrule are also beautifully detailed with proud oak leaves and acorns! The wood based celluloid covered grip on this one looks excellent! No cracks chips or splits. What I love here guys is how all the patina matches!
