Austrian M16 Civil Defense Helmet

Interesting helmet. I can not find a maker mark or a heat#. Appears to be approx. size 64 shell. It is a repaint likely 3rd Reich period, likely when this was reissued. The interior of the helmet has a pre-May 1917 pattern leather liner band complete with the original pads and stuffing. Approx size 64. The chin strap does not appear to be period.
