M1935 Heer Dolchgehänge. The buckles, bands, and clips are all constructed out of an injection molded tombac/nickel silver base that have been silver washed. The horseshow upper is zinc. All of the components depict beautiful detail with oak leaves and acorns throughout. The clips remain in well working condition. The reverse of the top horseshoe connector is marked: “D.R.G.M.”. The grommets are zinc based the prongs are nickel. All of these components are held together with two straps. They are constructed out of a cotton base that is covered in a green felt/wool material (reverse) and a patterned silver aluminum flatwire stitching (obverse). A desirable set!
