“Landdienst der HJ” Cufftitle
Hitler-Jugend “Landdienst der HJ” Ärmelband. Introduced in May 1934, the “Landdienst der HJ” Cufftitle was issued to members of the Hitler Youth who volunteered to serve in the Agricultural Labor Service for one year. It is constructed of machine embroidered white cotton stitching to a black wool and glued-on black mesh backing. The obverse features in white Gothic style script “Landdienst der HJ” on a black wool base. It measures 17 inches long by 1 3/8 inches wide.
