Rare - DSV Saar Conference Tinnie 1935
Deutscher Skiverband Gautagung - Saarbrücken Abzeichen 1935. It is constructed out of a die stamped nickle-silver base that has been silver washed and contains blue enamel work. The obverse roundel features “S.C.S.” in front of “DSV” surrounded by “Gautagung Saarbrücken 1935” on a blue background, with a horizontal ski visible to each side. The reverse is marked: “H. Lang” to the left side and has a soldered-on “Ges. Gesch.” marked round plate that holds a well working horizontally placed pin assembly. It measures 1 7/8 inches wide by 1 inch tall. Featured on page 834 of Tiestie. A rare piece.
