Complete, First Edition - Sammelalbum “Die Deutsche Wehrmacht” by Cigaretten Bilderdienst, Dresden-A.5 - January 1, 1936. Bilderdienst was a German tobacco company that published blank books and sets of photos for those books which they marketed as a promotion for the cigarettes and tobacco they produced. Four categories: Wehrmacht, Heer, Kreigsmarine and Luftwaffe. 66 pages. Cardstock cover. Front features the first edition Gothic style script with pressed gold foil and blue ink. All 270 photos are accounted for. It is quite rough, with rips and has one loose page. It measures 10 ¼ inches wide by 12 7/8 inches tall by 1/2 of an inch thick.
