A Nationalsozialistische Parteiabzeichen (c.1942-45) by RZM M1/103 - Carl Poellath of Schrobenhausen. These were available for private purchase / given (HJ/BDM) to individuals after they had joined the NSDAP. It is constructed out of a die struck zinc base that has been silver washed and contains red, white and black enamel work. The round shaped obverse depicts a black mobile swastika on a white backing, encircled by: “NATIONAL-SOZIALISTISCHE - D.A.P.” on a red pebbled backing. The slightly concave reverse is maker marked: “RZM M1/103” and features a soldered-on round plate that holds a well working pin assembly. It measures 15/16 of an inch in diameter.
