Early Wehrmacht-Heer Brustadler. Introduced February 17, 1934, the appropriate national eagle was to be worn on the tunic’s left breast pocket as the identifying symbol. Constructed out of white machine embroidered thread to a dark green wool. It measures 4 5/16 inches wide by 1 5/8 inches tall. Worn.
