Gautag Bochum Westfallen Süd Tinnie 1938

NSDAP Gautag Bochum Westfallen Süd Abzeichen May 27-29, 1938 by Pleuger & Voss of Lüdenscheid. It is constructed out of a die-struck aluminum-alloy base that has been silver washed and black burnished. The obverse features an NSDAP eagle with outstretched wings clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, above a roundel which reads: “Gautag”, “10 Jähre” (on top of an oak leaf and acorn cluster) and is surrounded by “27.-29. 5. 38 Bochum West Fallen Süd”. The full back reverse reads: “Pleuger & Voss Lüdenscheid” and has a crimped-on Well working steel pin assembly. It measures 1 7/16 inches wide by 1 5/8 inches tall.
