2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger by Lunescholoss

A M1937 2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger (Fliegerdolch) by Lunescholoss of Solingen. The blade on this one is fine. The crossgrain remains visible as you turn it in the light. The blade on this one rates an Exc++. The original leather pebbled buffer pad remains intact. The steel based plated dent-free scabbard looks great! It shows so wear and age. Both throat retaining screws remain intact and unturned. The burnished aluminum Luftwaffe eagle crossguard has amazing detail to its head, feathers, wings and top side engraved oak leaves and acorns. The pommel and ferrule are also beautifully detailed with the proudly displayed swastika, oak leaves and acorns! The celluloid over plaster grip has some cracks. The springy brass wire wrap remains tightly intact.
