Here we have the rare 3rd pattern Eickhorn Model 1935 Army Dagger (Heer Dolch). The whole thing is uncleaned and exactly how I got it from the family. The blade on this one is NM. There are some old fingerprint stains that I have not tried to clean. Nothing else to say. The black etched squirrel “Original Eickhorn Solingen” manufacturers mark is crisp and beautifully executed! The tip and fit are perfect. The leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based plated Eickhorn scabbard has minor wear. It provides good detail with the random pebbling throughout. The original throat retaining screw continues to remain intact and unturned. The zinc-alloy based, plated crossguard provides beautiful detail with great plating. The pommel and ferrule are also beautifully detailed. The grip is chip and crack-free. It is flawless.
