A Model 1938 Deutschen Rotes Kreuz (DRK) Führer Dolch. The bright blade on this one is nice! Gorgeous crossgrain and beautifully shining plated ricasso. It retains a nice and tight fit and the tip comes to a perfect point. Just a few dots of age. The blade rates an easy NM. The original black leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based, nickel-silver plated scabbard looks excellent as well. It remains dent-free and retains 99%+ of its plating. There is a bit of light oxidation. Both throat retaining screws remain intact. The zinc based, nickel-silver plated crossguard is in nice condition with the medallion displaying fine vaulting to the swastika on the bird's chest and the cross in its talons. The pommel screw cap is looks excellent. The orange dual toned trylon grip is perfect. No chips or cracks. This one is in wonderful condition along with a nice portepee!
