Hitler-Jugend Koppelschloß by RZM M4/44. It is constructed out of an injection molded aluminum-alloy base that has been silver washed. The obverse depicts a closed winged HJ eagle clutching an HJ diamond within its talons on a pebbled round background. Above the eagle is the Hitler Youth motto reading: "Blut und Ehre" (Blood and Honor). This is then encircled by detailed lines which are enclosed by two twisted ropes and all lies on the smooth rectangular background. The reverse is clearly maker marked "RZM M4/44" (Paul Cramer & Cie.). It shows wear to the high areas. It has an integral cast catch and aluminum post and prong assembly. It measures approximately 2 7/16 inch wide by 1 7/8 inches high.
