2nd Model Luftwaffe w Artificial Damascus by Alcoso
A M1937 2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger (Fliegerdolch) by Alcoso of Solingen with all the options. So this is the best a guy could get! The extra cost artificial Damascus blade on this one looks great! Look how dark and crisp this is, stunning! The gilt maker mark is bright and beautifully executed! It has a perfect tip and perfect fit. The blade on this one rates NM. The leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based dark plated scabbard looks good with that "rounded profile that we see on most Alcoso examples. t depicts good details throughout, with the random pebbling, oak leaves and acorns. It retains its' throat retaining screws. It has nicely aged and patinaed with time. The aluminium based eagle crossguard, steel ferrule and zinc pommel all look good! The pommel retains 98% of it's factory gilt! The eagle has good detail to its head, feathers, wings and top oakleaves. The brass springy type wire wrap remains tightly intact around a "bone" grip! Included is a nice portepee and hanger/belt clip. Is there more you could ask for? Gilt pommels, "bone" grip, artificial Damascus with gilt mark.
