Luftshutz beaded M35 ET66 Helmet
Stamped sheet steel construction, M35 style helmet with the addition of an embossed horizontal "bead" positioned at the apex of the front and rear visors and crown. The helmet retains a good portion of its original dark blue satin finish. The front center of the helmet has no Luftschutz emblem. Was it removed or never there, I don't know. This may have been denazified by the returning Vet. or perhaps it was repurposed in the period. All three liner retaining rivets and both inset ventilation bushings are all intact. The interior of the helmet has a 9 finger liner with the three cork spacers intact. The liner is personalized to "R. Wruck" in ink. It is ink stamped as to it's size but illegible. Shell is stamped with lot#,3879 to the reverse and ET66 to the side. Large chinstrap remains.
