Social Welfare Leader Dagger
A Model 1938 Deutsche Volkspflege Führer Dolch. The bright blade on this one looks excellent. Stunning crossgraining and mirror like plated ricasso. It retains a perfect fit and ends at a perfect tip. The blade rates Mint-. The original black leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based, nickel-silver plated scabbard is in wonderful condition. It remains dent free and retains 99%+ of its plating. Both throat retaining screws remain intact. The zinc based, nickel-silver plated crossguard is in nice condition with the medallion displaying fine vaulting to the swastika on the bird's chest and the cross in its talons. The pommel screw cap is looks excellent. The orange trylon grip looks great no chips or cracks. This one comes with a nice POST_WAR portepee, peek under the cord and you will see where it has protected the grip from UV for the past 80 years. Overall this a beautiful piece sure to please!
