A Model 1933 Sturmabteilung Dienstdolch by Paul Weyersberg of Solingen. The blade on this one is mint! The dark and crisp acid etched “Alles für Deutschland” motto and “RZM M7/43” maker mark are dark, crisp and beautifully executed! The crossgrain wonderfully shines against the light, running the full length of the blade! The tip comes to a perfect point and the fit is nice and tight! The scabbard is steel based and brown enamel painted better than 99%. It shows minor surface scratches. It continues to remain completely dent free! The steel, nickel-silver plated scabbard fittings are in excellent condition. They retain 100% plating coverage. The ball remains perfectly round and all four screws are tightly secured! The scabbard / crossguard fit is perfect. The crossguards are zinc based and nickel-silver plated. They show hints of lifting to the upper reverse grip fit. 99.9% plating intact. The very nice brown chip and crack-free hardwood grip is a treat! It has a couple pressure marks. The nickel eagle is beautifully detailed with a perfect fit. The SA roundel is retains 100% of its enamel and also has a perfect fit! you could look for weeks and not find a nicer SA!
