Horster K98 Bayonet ASW 44

Here's a desirable one! The blade on this one rates Exc+. It's been sharpened but much blue remains. It is nicely maker marked! The blade is stamped "ASW 44" indicating the year of construction (1944) and the manufacturer. The blade is also stamped "7156e" matching the scabbard! The undented scabbard is in nice shape! It shows little wear, only surface scratches. It's side screw and remains. The hilt is in excellent shape as well! The brown multi-toned bakelite grip plates are in beautiful condition! There are a few minor pressure marks but that's it. No chips or splits. This piece is profusely inspection stamped as one would expect. This one also comes with a worn well and torn frog. It is tightly secured with all of the stitching and rivets intact.
