Magnetic iron core, silver frame stamped “800 on reverse top arm; a textbook worn S&L; measuring approximately 48.4mm x 48.3mm weighing ca 30.3g; suspension ring stamped "800"; length of original short ribbon with under the collar mounting device (ca 9cm); in fine condition. Near impossible to find a cross in today’s market. (Complete with Document of Expertise from Dietrich Maerz, author of The Knights Cross of the Iron Cross.)
