Officer’s parade bandoleer features machine woven facing in bright, silver/aluminum wire threads with a subtle, repeating, waffle pattern flanked by smooth finished, bright, silver/aluminum wire outer edge stripes, all mounted on a police green, wool backing. The bandoleer has a silver washed, stamped aluminum construction, opened oval, sliding, length adjustment, a silver washed, stamped aluminum construction sliding, "keeper" loop and a silver washed, stamped aluminum construction semi-circular end piece to one end, all with pebbled finishes. The bandoleer comes complete with a thick leather construction, Officer’s parade dress ammunition cartouche with a glossy blackened finish and steel and alloy fittings. The cartouche features a fold over top flap with a horizontal machine stitched hinge seam to the reverse and a scalloped tipped bottom edge to the obverse. The obverse of the cartouche has a stamped, polished, aluminum, construction silver washed, second pattern, wreathed police eagle as introduced on June 25TH 1936.
