Half moon-shaped, stamped alloy, silvered shield with screw-affixed, old silver patinaed appliques: Heer eagle over oakleaf sprig centered between crossed battalion standards, smooth corner rosettes with oak leaf sprigs below. Reverse covered with a Heer green, grey wool (minor age); the arresting clasp stamped “C.E. Juncker Berlin” the manufacturer. Complete with correct decorative silvered chain featuring alternating closed wing eagles and oakleaf sprigs. Retains original factory burnishing, exhibiting minor wear and patina retaining all of the original detail.
