ReichsKriegsFlagge 100x170(cm). A quality made National War Flag that is in great shape. This one's a double sided printed red, white and black National War flag. To the hoist end of the flag is a stitched on white reinforcing edge that has a lanyard running through the length of it, for easy mounting and dismounting. There is some age foxing to the canvas edge. The white reinforcing edge has black printed markings that read: "Kr.Fl. 100 X 170" (Kriegs (War) Flag & the size) along with the maker mark. There are also two separately applied reinforcing patches to the corners where you can see the rope. The top and bottom have six reinforcing stitches. The fly end of the flag has been folded over and also has six reinforcing stitches. I can only find a few wee holes and a little water stain. All of the stitching remains intact there are no holes! A nice example.
