An Unissued American Navy Medal of Honor, un-named and unmarked, 60 mm x 54 mm inclusive of its' anchor suspension, on a period original full-length neck ribbon with horizontal octagonal thirteen star cravat pad, (a bit soiled) sewn in place, triple snap closure. Accompanied by its 10 mm x 34 mm Ribbon Bar and enamel bar its hard-shell case of issue. The insert of the case is not the usual one with grey flocking rather a foam insert. This award is Vietnam era or later. This example was not awarded.
