Alldeutscher Verband Wildbad Abzeichen 1935. The Alldeutscher Verband All-Gerrman Association existed from 1891 to 1939 and during the German Emipre it was the largest and most well-known organization. It is constructed out of a die struck nickel-silver base that has been chemically burnished and covered in a protective lacquer coating. The oval shaped obverse features a centrally placed AV emblem, consisting of: a shield charged with a three-piece oak leaf cluster above the national (tri-color) flag, on a 45-degree angle, in front of pine tree (Wildbad Wappen), underneath an arched: “Alldeutscher Verband” and above “Verbandstag Wildbad 1935”. The full back reverse is maker marked: “B.H. Mayer Pforzheim” and has a soldered-on round plate which holds a horizontally well working pin assembly. It measures 7/8 of an inch wide by 1 ¼ inches tall.
