Early, short-lived, machine embroidered, first pattern, EM/NCO’s sleeve eagle with out-stretched wings, clutching a wreathed, canted, swastika in it’s talons in silvery/grey rayon threads mounted on a cut-out, feldgrau wool base. Super nice!
