A Luftwaffe Deputy Air Defense Leader Armband. It is constructed out of a white cotton base that has four stitched on blue rayon tress strips (two vertical and two horizontal) with a stitched on centrally placed black Luftwaffe eagle with outstretched wings clutching a mobile swastika in its talons. The reverse is stitched to size. It measures approximately 7 ¾ inches wide by 4 inches tall. It only shows minor age soilage. No rips, thread catches or moth holes. A fine example that's hard to come by!
