A model 38 dagger for leaders of the Railway Protection. Aluminum satin finished pommel, crossguard and ferrule exhibit minor signs of being carried. Black-coloured celluloid grip remains perfect and undamaged. Polished blade with 1934-41 etched Eickhorn trademark exhibits very minor age retaining wonderful cross graining. Original brown leather buffer pad remains intact. Aluminum satin finished steel scabbard remains dent free and exhibits minor age throughout. A textbook example.
