Kyffhäuserbund Veterans Association Flag 1933
Fahne des Deutschen Kyffhäuserbund. This was the official banner of the Kyffhäuserbund. It is constructed out of a red, black and white printed canvas-cotton base. The obverse features a centrally placed black Kyffhäuser monument on a white roundel and is on top of a black pattée style cross that is bordered in white and lays on a red backing with a black hoist end strip. The reverse is a mirror image of the obverse and features a small “Ges. Gesch.” in black. Both the fly and hoist ends have been folded over and stitched together. There are many holes throughout. It measures approximately 53 ½ inches long by 47 inches tall. A nice design.
