Patriotic War of 1812 Centennial Medal
State Mint issue in light bronze, 28.3 mm wide. Obverse shows portrait of Emperor Alexander I. The quotation on the reverse reads: "1812. This Glorious Year Went By, But the Feats Undertaken in It Will Never Pass. 1912". The medal was awarded in 1912 to all military and non- military participants and organizers of the official ceremonies and military parades marking the anniversary of the victory over Napoleon.
