Officer's Riding Boots

These boots are constructed out of rigid blackened leather. The boots have a stacked leather heels. The black leather is in excellent condition with no holes or rips. They do have scuffs must notably to the left side. They are sized US 8.5. Now these came from a Police Officer uniform so not sure if they are a pre-war purchase? A great set!
