Private purchase fighting knife. This one has no cracks or chips in the grips. The grip plates are secured with 3 rivets. The blade is sharpened and shortened showing age, it's marked "ERN Wald, Rheinl" under an Imperial inspection stamp. The the other side, "Rasiermesser Fabrik". The scabbard retains about 90% of original paint with some age crazing and is dent-free. The snap is lost to time.
