Rare - Kriegsmarine 9.U-Boat Flotilla Divisionsabzeichen. This would have been worn by its members on the left side of their visor cap. It is constructed out of a die struck tombak base that has bene gold gilded and contains green, white and red enamel work. The obverse features a green laughing swordfish. The full back reverse features a soldered on tombak round plate holding a well working pin assembly. Previously sold by H. Weitze. It measures 1 inch wide by 5/8 of an inch tall. Nice enamel work. A desirable pin!
