A WHW Donation Polizei-Hoheitsabzeichen 1942! It is constructed out of a die struck zinc base that has been blackend/silver washed. The obverse features a police eagle, with outstretched wings clutching a wreathed mobile swastika in its talons which is surrounded by another oak leaf wreath and is above a bannered “1942”. The full back reverse has a well working, horizontally crimped on, steel pin assembly, and is marked "ST.13”. It measures 1 1/4 inches wide by 1 1/16 inches tall. A nice piece that would go well with a Police or Tinnie collection!
