A Nationalsozialistische Parteiabzeichen by RZM M1/44 (C. Dinsel of Berlin-Waidmannslust). These were available for private purchase / given (HJ/BDM) to individuals after they had joined the NSDAP. It is constructed out of a die struck tombak base that has been bronze washed and contains red, white and black enamel work. The round shaped obverse depicts a black mobile swastika on a white backing, encircled by: “NATIONAL-SOZIALISTISCHE - D.A.P.” on a red translucent pebbled backing. The slightly concave reverse shows a soldered on round plate (half of the plate has lifted) pin assembly that remains in well working condition. The back is also marked “RZM M1/44”. The enamel work is in excellent condition. Nice clear pebbling. The pin measures approximately 15/16 of an inch in diameter. A good one!
