Deutsch 1st Die Saar Tinnie 1934
Here we have a Deutsch 1st Die Saar 1934 Tinnie! It is constructed out of a die stamped steel base that has been bronze washed. The octagon shaped obverse depicts an early closed winged eagle a clutching a wreathed swastika in its talons, above two shaking hands (one has a chain on his wrist), and a podium which reads: “1934 Des Deutschen Ehreist Die Treue”. The top/sides also read “Deutsch 1st Die Saar”. The hollow back reverse shows a soldered on well working tombak pin. It measures approximately 1 ½ inches wide and tall. It continues to show beautiful detail and ageing. A nice piece!
